PRACTICAL TRAINING CENTER
Visuals created a comprehensive project — the "Professions of the Future" practical training center in Pechatniki. Architecture, navigation, and multimedia were developed here as a single integrated system, each element reinforcing and complementing the others. The result: literally every meter of the space works to engage and motivate visitors. We transformed 4 floors spanning 9,000 m² into a single, cohesive entity that reshapes perceptions of vocational trades.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
  • 9,000 m² ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONCEPT
  • 4 FLOORS OF CREATIVE AND UTILITARIAN NAVIGATION
  • 20+ MULTIMEDIA INSTALLATIONS
  • 15,000 GRADUATES ANNUALLY
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONCEPT
AESTHETICS AS THE FOUNDATION OF FIRST IMPRESSION
We developed an architectural design concept for premises totaling 9,000 m². These spaces house 35 workshop-labs with industrial equipment and even a demo area featuring an actual electric train car, along with interactive lounge areas, a library, a café, a conference hall, and coworking spaces. All this accommodates a daily foot traffic of over 1,500 people.
.
FULL-CYCLE DESIGN PROJECT
The movement logic was planned to make transitions between workshops, floors, and all areas of the center intuitive and free of "dead zones." We created detailed renderings for the placement of walls, as well as lighting scenarios for each space. We specified the use of high-durability materials capable of withstanding intense visitor flow, while maintaining the aesthetics of technological minimalism. Our architectural concept set the tone for the entire project: clean lines and an industrial aesthetic, but with a human face. The core idea was to create a space that respects the visitor, feels welcoming, and most importantly, sparks interest even before any interactive engagement begins.
CREATIVE AND FUNCTIONAL NAVIGATION
A VISUAL CODE THAT INSPIRES
n the second phase, we "dressed" the architecture in a navigation system that addressed two objectives: functional (how to get to a workshop) and emotional (how to create an atmosphere). Utilitarian navigation — signage, door decals, lightboxes, ceiling and floor indicators — is all executed in a unified style that syncs with the architecture.

Creative navigation. Its purpose is to inspire. We introduced custom graphic elements that tell the stories of real people. Through imagery of the professions, their attributes, and their tools, we created a visual narrative that speaks to the subconscious. As visitors walk down a corridor, they encounter descriptions of professions and their "superpowers," along with images of tools. All of this makes the space feel "alive" and, among other things, creates the effect of an exploratory quest.
MULTIMEDIA CONTENT
THE DIGITAL SOUL
The Visuals team developed over 20 multimedia installations for the "Professions of the Future" practical training center, which became the "voice" of the trades. We divided all content into three categories: informational, educational, and entertainment. This division made it possible to create a dynamic environment, avoid monotonous data streams, flexibly manage attention, and prevent "information fatigue."
WELCOME AREA
3D NAKED-EYE
Visitors are greeted by 3D Naked-Eye technology. Animated scenes from the daily lives of a baker, track fitter, and other specialists acquire physical depth here. Nearby is a welcome "intro video" with key information about the center. Also located here is the first interactive node — a guide map. But we expanded its functionality: it features photo mechanics that let visitors "try on" the image of a specialist, and a "Who Wants to Be a Professional?" quiz that turns waiting time into an active experience.
CAREER SPACE STATION
A CENTRAL ART OBJECT COMBINING THREE FORMATS
In the central "Career Space Station" installation, we combined three interactive formats. Visitors can choose to receive a personalized, lighthearted fortune-telling about a profession of the future, explore an interactive map with detailed information about the Center's specializations, or take a quick career guidance test: indicating their interests and personal qualities to receive an individualized career track.
INTERACTIVE
GAMING INSTALLATIONS
Almost all our installations became the voice of a particular industry or profession. "The Energy of Motion" explains the operating principles of Moscow's transport contact network. "The Master of Precision" simulates the work of a lathe operator and milling machine operator, where players control a virtual machine tool. "The Chef's Path" lets users create virtual dishes.
.
In the "Moscow Transport" workshop area, the multimedia installation "The Evolution of Moscow Transport" became a major attraction. Thirteen LED tubes are synchronized with the content: as the story of transport's present and future unfolds, the illusion of electric buses and trains in motion is created.
SYNERGY AS THE RESULT
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
The most important thing we strived for and ultimately achieved was seamless integration. The visitor doesn't notice the boundaries between architecture, navigation, and multimedia. Within this unified environment, everything works toward a single goal: transforming abstract interest into conscious motivation. The architecture creates the project's foundation, the navigation inspires, and the multimedia delivers emotions, knowledge, and experience. The comprehensive approach became a fully-fledged strategic tool. The end result is a space with a closed-loop model: from the first moment of wonder at the "Career Space Station" to the conscious pursuit of mastering a profession.
